In April 2023, Mélanie launched BISOU with a simple idea: to offer beautifully crafted gourmet boxes (brunch, lunch, fruit…) delivered straight to your door, fresh, generous, and full of good things.

Very quickly, the project grew, and she decided to share the journey with her sister Julie.

Together, we then opened the BISOU café in Port d’Andratx. Two sisters, two energies, one shared passion for entrepreneurship…

BISOU is a place that reflects who we are: warm, lively, with a touch of French inspiration. We serve generous brunches, homemade dishes made with fresh ingredients, pastries baked with love, and great coffee to go with it all.

And today, we’re going even further: we also offer takeaway boxes, available to order directly on our website, for all types of events. Whether it’s a brunch with friends, a birthday, or simply a treat for yourself, you can easily order online and enjoy BISOU wherever you are ✨
